Fox news channel was disabled; I don't stay at a hotel without FNC a second time! HVAC was very "finecky".

Rooms were comfortable and furnished well.

Cleaning and maintenance of bathrooms could be better. Pool and spa were not kept up very well. Most of the food and coffee for breakfast ran out at 9 AM. There was no hot water on the second morning we were there.

The staff here were always helpful, whether it was day or night.

Staff are very frendley and good location for shopping.

Conveniently located near the Civic Center, restaurants, and a parking lot for 4 days of business or shopping at a big plaza with lots of dining options. Also, right in the heart of the town! 🏙️

There was a used washcloth left on the shower curtain. It was disgusting. Cleanliness of the halls and the vending area was also dirty. Could use some more attentive cleaning staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that provided comfort, quality personnel, good room space, and comfortable access to the locations I needed to get to. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with towels that looked and felt brand new. The hot breakfast offered a delicious selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, bagels, and cereal. the hotel had a great pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

The lack of queen size beds, but despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Was told after check in that the pool facility was down. That was the main reason for the stay.

I was put next to the air shaft (I did request a move). Seems like these should be the last rooms rented. The elevator floor was dirty. A separate reading lamp for each bed would be helpful. The bathroom floor was of a cheap material and slippery.

Additionally, the hotel had great facilities including a pool and parking. The location was perfect as it was close to everything and there was a 99 Restaurant nearby, which was convenient after a long 8-hour drive.

My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Marketplace at Augusta.
